Hello all,
as a newbie i gota say i really don't understand anything a/b computers... anway, i got an email saying i have a message in my ellen-degeneres inbox, and when i logon, on the left under private messages it says "unread:1" but i can't seem to find it!! i click on private message and it says i've got no messages in this folder..

anyone can help?

hey.
i don't have a clue about computers as well but go to "your account", then to "messages" from where you can check your inbox. that's all I can do for you at the moment. hope it helps :?
