Help! The song Ellen danced to Friday 09/10/2004 10am EST

Hi, I was watching this morning at 10am EST. What the heck was the song she danced to? I'm trying to win a trip to LA from Star94 on Monday and Tony doesn't ever say the name of the song. It's a rap song that was difficult to understand but part of the lyrics sounded like "Give it what you got" :?:

Makes me blush and I'm Ellen's age. Why do you think she'd allow

The song is called "Breathe And Stop" --- not "Vibrant Thing".

Tony seems to play it a lot.

I'm so jealous at Karina Matuvak who knew that Breath and Stop was the answer and was the right caller.
I got through and was caller number 3 and was supposed to be caller 10. Just a hint when you are trying to win a contest, wait a sec before you start dialing.

Oh well. I guess it's not meant to be. Now I can try to get those Van Halen tix from 96rock. If you hear a Sammy Haggar song today, you can call in get get the tix for Sept 17th Show at Philips Arena. Last time I saw VH in concert was 1984. It was awesome with David Lee too.

Hi! They are paying for airfare to and from LA and for 2 nights hotel. We also get a VIP tour of Universal Studios and VIP entrance into the Ellen show. Last time I went back in March, we had to stand in line for 4 hours before we were even let into the studio! This time, we just show up at 4:15 for seats! It's going to be fabulous!

That´s A W E S O M E that you will go with all the priveligies to see The Ellen Show, hey, make sure to mention about this website. Does she know that it exists? I am sure you will get to personally meet her, so tell her about us, her "worldwide-fans", that get to talk about her and her show in here.
It would be a good idea to have the website written down and hand it to her or to her production guys.
Maybe she can come and drop us a line, once-in-a-while.

Hi, everyone!

I will be at the taping on Monday, October 18th but don't know if that show will air Tuesday or not. I'm hoping we're going to get good seats and that we get to meet her! I went to the show back in March and we got there at 11AM and had to stand in line for about 4 hours and then they finally started moving the line about 2:30ish. This time, we have an "appointment." We don't have to be at the studio until 4:15! So that means NO LINE! I am totally psyched! Cameras are not allowed in the studio so I don't think I'll be able to get a picture. :cry: I thought of bringing a disposable one just in case. That way if they tell me I can't bring it in, I can just throw it away.

I have been reading through alot of the forums, and topics, and I was not going to write anything because I didn't think that I would fit in, but I find now, that there are all sorts of people that are Ellen fans, and like to discuss her.

I have been having such a great time with her show, now that it's on here in Oklahoma. Each day, I get up, get the kids off to school, and then precicely at 8:58.. I prepare to dance with Ellen. Privatly of course... it's my happiest time all day I think.

I hope you enjoy this forum...and I am glad that you are enjoying TEDS The Ellen DeGeneres Show as it is referred here.
Unfortunately, I don´t get to watch Ellen´s show at home (I live in Brazil). But I have all her DVDs from the HBOs specials....and I often get to watch her monologues online at her site, and I get to see the photos of the last week´s show on her site as well. I do my best to be in tune with you guys.

Yes Brazil! These days no place is far away, really, first are the flights 7 days-a-week to the US or any continent and the internet.
I have met some people on this forum that seemed like old friends. That´s what is cool about people here in this site.
We all have in common our appreciation to Ellen´s character, personality, show, etc. So that appreciation brings us together in a great way.
I am sort of new in here too. What I have noticed is the fidelity that people have to this site. It´s great.

i agree. every single person on this site is awesome! i haven't been able to watch ellen much this season 'cause i'm either studying or napping... :lol: ...but i always make sure to come to this site daily b/c it's so comfortable here, and everyone feels like a friend. what a great buncha people..... :)

edited to add: not to mention, through this site i met the best person and my best friend in the world. i owe this site BIG time....(almost forgot this...how horrible would that have been!!!!)
