does anyone know why the episode wen she came out was named "the puppy episode?

sry if its a stupid question i jus always woundered

I think I recall reading somewhere that leading up to that episode it had been leaked that Ellen was coming out, so they named the episode something completely unrelated to not give anything more away..... I think that's right? It might be close anyways.... :-D

yeah, the point was that the producers and others thought that Ellen's character needed a point of view or sth new. And someone said she should get a puppy (!). It was so random that when they finally decided she's going to come out, they named it "the puppy episode" (she did get a totally new point of reference at that point.... :P )

it cracks me up - cos she stamps the clipboard as she's going through all the papers, and you see both her and ellen get a little smile as they realise... i reckon ellen's dying to say something about it too...

oh yes... that' right! My apologies, I was stoned on robaxacette yesterday (after pulling every single muscle in my neck possible in a soccer tournament) - I blame the drugs!!!
