I must admit i only learned about Alex a few months ago cauz i wasn'T much into Ellen before that (well except a few years ago when she was still with Anne).

Anywhoooo, i was wondering if someone could say a little more about Alex? I couldn't find anything on the web except maybe a small filmography and her father's name! Even her website seems down!! Has anyone ever even written to her?

I, too, tried to dig up info on her a while back & was left w/ the impression that she must be a very private person. There's scant little available about her, but in a way, it was rather nice to see. Unlike Anne, Alex came across as neither an attention hog, nor an opportunist. She seemed genuine in her attachment.

Agree with you mom of 12, thought Ellen and Alex were well suited and stable. I think Alex was a very private person, probably why we did not get much info about their life together, and I appreciate that as, they did deserve to have a private life together and that is how it should be.

Unfortunately I don't think that will happen with Portia. I may be wrong but I think she might be another 'Heche'...... Can't put my finger on it really, but time will tell and I just hope Ellen has not made a mistake here and damages her career, which she has worked so hard to achieve.

Still time will tell.

All we can do as Ellen fans, is wish her the best of luck.
