Puppy Episode out on DVD?

Since I'm turning 20 years old, I'm asking my mom to buy me the Ellen Series on DVD. Now, I'm researching on whether the Puppy Episode is out or not. One source said the Puppy Episode took place around the end of 4th season.
Can anyone confirm that?

The Puppy Episode(s) were the last 3 and 4 of the fourth series but series 3 has just come onto dvd so it shouldn't be too long a wait :-P
