When ellen reads the emails...

Am i the only one who notice that on every topic "What you doing while you are watching", "RSVP ellen" etc... ellen reads letters from fans... and i think it NEVER happened that she read a letter from a gay couple. Is it normal? Is it because no gay/lesbian couple wrote to her? .....

I don't know her show, but if she never read letters from gays, it's maybe because of Warner... :roll:

during the RSVP Ellen I wrote in and invited her to come to Toronto, Canada and get legally married (to Alex of course, not to me). I thought she wore her ring with pride and it would make quite the statement, particularly with the timing of the U.S. election. She never read my letter and I figured it was too political for a daytime show, however now in light of the break up I can imagine my letter got thrown out pretty quick.

the only time i ever rote ellen a letter *actually, never really wrote but sent in an email* i told her about what i did for a family, and how she enlightened me to make a christmas basket for a family that REALLY needed it, they had nothing, a tiny 3 year old, and a premature baby by four months..she is six months old, and looks two months...aww, poor baby:(

well i know she talk about her homosexuality a couple of times on the show so i dont think its warner... maybe... oh well, i'll never get my awnser lol

It has nothing to do with her wanting to read them or not she doesnt see the letters unless the producers think its a good email and will make for a good show. I'm sure they are touchy on the subject of gays because they dotn want to walk into the same situation they did before with getting taken off because of it. I'm sure there are alot of emails from gays because gays look to her as their mentor. Its just that they dont want the show to be about sexuality so they are really careful.
