Anyone need Today Show or View Interviews? [Archive]

I Tivo'd both interviews from today and can get them on my mac and put them online for anyone who missed them or wants copies. I was doing the View one up for the Portia site anyway so let me know if you guys want me to post them here. They'll be in .mov (quicktime) format.

OMG!! PLEASE!! I LOVE YOU!!!
i missed the [insert swear word]ing view because i had to go to [insert swear word]ing school. and the today show. i saw the first 50 mins then i had to go outside in the bloody snow and walk to [insert swear word]ing school. and i have to miss some/all of TEDS tomorrow because we have to go see a stupid play of [insert swear word]ing romeo and juliet and with toronto ruch hour traffic we won't get back till at least 6-6:30.... :(

If you don't get so mad at other things in life, not watching every single Ellen show won't be so bad.

Walking through snow? That makes you angry? XD
I haven't seen snow since I was 9, and that was in north MS, I live in Louisiana now. I'd pay good money to walk through any amount of snow right now.
But yeah if you need your ellen fix, download a few weeks worth over at latenighttorrents.com and/or torrentspy.com

Ok I have the Today Show interview from this morning online in QuickTime format. It should play on most computers if you have QuickTime. I do my stuff on a mac so getting it into .wmv or avi's is more of a hassle so I hope this works for everyone :D If you don't know about .zip files, you'll need winzip (http://www.winzip.com) to open it. I had to compress it so everyone doesn't watch it off my server and have my Portia site go offiline...

Would you please copy the show onto a tape or dvd for me and send it to me if you can? I don't know how that Tivo thing works unfortunately. I set the VCR for both the Today Show and The View, but for some strange reason it didn't record The View! I am sooooo mad cause I really wanted to see that interview...I don't have Quicktime on my computer and when I download the free player, it still never works and plays videos for me. My computer is old and has dial-up so nothing cool like that ever works on my computer anyways! However, if you can do that, I will pay you, I will send you a tape or dvd or I send you money for shipping or whatever. I like to have stuff on tape or dvd better anyway. Please, please please do this for me if you can. If you can't I'll understand! Or if anyone else could do this for me, I would really appreciate it. Just send me a PM or reply back to me...thanks so much!

What about those websites that let you store large files? I honestly forgot, but I'm sure Google remembers.

But if you honestly do prefer it, I'll put it, and a handful of any other Ellen shows you want on a DVD, just give me like .. a dollar via paypal or something..
Hell.., if people would pay the 75 cents or a dollar a so it is per DVD nowadays (a dollar thirty-three? I forgot what it costs generally per blank DVD plus or minus [not always dual layer]) and the cost of however many stamps, and add a a dollar for gas getting to Wal-mart to buy the blanks...
..I'd make Ellen show DVDs for anyone. :)
(Might require a bit of talking to me on the mailing requirements as per inter-continental mailings, but there's always google.)

Windows Media Player, winamp, divx or xvid, or any other media player - depending on which codec was used in the file conv/cap process..
All can be found at shareware.com :)
Chances are, you have at least one or two of those on your PC.

It's a basic QuickTime file. If you download the free QT player on the Apple.com site or any other program download sites it'll work fine. :)

I hear you. I really really really hate that show. I only watch it when someone I love is on it. Like once a year. It was an interesting talk show concept when it started but it's just really bad right now. None of them know how to interview except Barbara.

yeah i agree it's funny cuz i remember a comedian saying something like "every time i watch the view i cry. not because it's sad i just feel bad for that couch" he he i was laughing so hard wow when you read it it isn't nearly as funny but oh well i'm gonna post it anyways you guys are probably gonna think it's stupid lol oh well wow i'm still typing i'm just gonna stop now lol

Ellen was really cute on "The Today Show". I really love Katie --- she makes the guests comfortable.
But what a different story on "The View"! I can't stand that show! I can never manage to watch the full hour because those freaks are so annoying. The only one I can tolerate is Meredith (who wasn't there when Ellen was on).

I agree. I can't stand Star or Joy... I stopped watching it when Elizabeth started cuz I was getting way too annoyed with the topic they were talking about and the way Star thinks she's smarter than everybody else. I'm really surprised that Ellen went on The View because I read back in May after when Ellen won the "Best Host", they were making fun of her and saying how much she hates Ellen. I imagine that they are jealous because Ellen is doing really well on her show.
