Is Portia a real blond?

I don't know about you but i have seen some major dark roots on her hair...and those eyebrows look so fake.

I don't think Ellen is a "real" blond, either. Just like I'm not a real red head. A lot of people dye their hair famous or not. It whatever makes them feel like the fabulous person, they are.
So Portia and Ellen dye their hair, who doesn't these days. I think they look beautiful, sexy and happy together.

But then again, it isn't what I think that really matters, now is it.

Portia isn't a real blond....you can see about a 1/2" of dark roots in closeups from the SAG event.

Yes, unfortunately, the eyebrows don't help. She has been going darker lately, not the platinum blond of years past.

Don't know about Ellen. She probably gets highlights to cover the gray.

I saw a childhood picture of Portia and she had blond hair. It may have got darker over the years but she is a natural blond.

Then it's a dark blond because you can see the growth line in her recent pictures.

I think if her eyebrows were a tad lighter it would make all the difference.

well its hard to say bout ellen because i saw soo many baby pictures of her and she has blonde hair but i have seen other pics of ellen as a kid and sometimes she has blonde hair and sometimes she has brown hair.... so i have no idea but i think shes a natural blonde becuase she doesnt really look that good as a brunette.

Well actually I have quite the same colour of hair than Portia and a lot of people always think that they are not my real one......well I have to say that I never do anything on it ;) Actually with the sun and also water my hair can become very very blond even white for some and in winter I become more and more dark so some time I have some hair blond and also dark in the same time :P hope you understand my explication with my bad english.

She did indeed have the classic "little blond girl" color....so it must have gotten darker over time.

But those eyebrows need to be a more natural. That's what I think throws it off. And the darker root line. :cool:

anyways, i do believe Ellen is a real blonde..i remember she saying it once on TEDS. she just probably dyes her hair a lot since come on, she is close to 50 soon! but gotta love the black highlights or whatever you call it. =]
