how to upload a video off camera

ok me and my friend ferry were skating and i took a video of him with my digital camera and i can get it on the computer but we want to put it on myspace so how do i upload it
do i use like something like image shack or something
i'm not much of a computer genius

just upload it wherever all of your digtial pictures go and then you can put it on myspace through that cuz on myspace it asks you to put pics in there from files on your comp so it might work that way

i tried that but like it came up like mydocuments/ashley/pic002 or something and it was on his profile
i think i got it tho
