Error message... bypassing filters

sorry i am not sure if this is in the right place or not. It is saying i have a new personal message but when i click on it to retrive a screen opens up saying i am trying to bypass the server or something and i'm not lol. it also does this when i click on forum so to get here i have to go through the members page then use the scroll bit at the bottom of the page. Am I doing somehing wrong in order for this to be happening or have other people had the same problem :-(

yeah or when ever i want to access the forum by just clicking on forum at the homepage
