ADVICE: regarding dreams

im 20 yrs old and a virgin ( 8O i know). ive had a bf and it lasted 1.5 yrs. i was "in love". ive been single for about 3 yrs and im confused about my sexuality. im attracted to both sexes. but heres my question: whenever i have romantic dreams, they're either about me dating a girl (holding hands, cuddling, etc), or they're about me having sex with (a) guy(s). and i enjoy having either type of dream. but if theres a guy in my dream, i dont date him or have a relationship with him... we just have sex. and if its a girl, we only have a relationship and are affectionate with each other. what do you think this means?? (and if you're going to say 'u need to get laid' -- yes, i know. im waiting for that special PERSON). but honestly, what do my dreams mean?

I don't really see the problem, I don't think. You need to experience...preferably with both sexes and see how it goes. If you like one better. And if you don't ..so what. There is no need to idenitify with a label.

I do unterstand your concern.
maybe it´s just that you think that men aren´t as warm and lovely, that you can´t really trust them so you can´t feel safe with them. therefore you can just have sex with them because it´s just a sport:-) and not being intimate with someone. i don´t know, maybe you haven´t met very nice men but there are some out there who are happy to have you just lying in their arms you know.
But I feel the same way sometimes, if I see a man that I like or I think is cute I think about kissing them and maybe having sex. but when I think of women or - as you said too - dream of them, it´s a lot more romantic and comfy.
but I don´t think you have to worry about this because you´re gonna find a woman or a man who can give you both, sex and romantic love

I get the same sort of dreams and ok im only 17 and im pretty sure im a lesbian but there are some guys i like a tiny bit but dont ever rele think about them much but in my dreams i do have some where i like have sex with them and stuff but its never romantic or anything...just a bit of fun rele if you get what (i dont want to sound like a slut or anything!!btw i am still a virgin!!!)i mean most of my dreams are about me and my ex girlfriend who i still love to bits and its different because what we did actually means something and im not sure what your feeling but maybe its just you want the loving and caring side of women and the sexual side of men...who knows???This is just what i feel!!I really like girls more though it just depends on who you are.

Dont worry about having to label yourself just do what feels right and i read somewhere that some people believe that its the individual person you are attracted to and not a specific gender.
