I'd just stay as friends, if she's that much older than you she may be looking for something different in a relationship. Be patient and wait for someone a bit closer to your age to come along. I don't have anything against large age gaps in a relationship, but at 16 you need someone a closer age. Just my opinion, hope it helps.

SO Michelle did not come see me on thursday. But I went to go see her on saturday to take her somthing. She want'ed me to stay there with her because she was going on lunch break soon so I did, so we went to go have lunch. I got to work with her for like two hours so that was cool. I miss working with her.

As far as the girl is concerned, I think you really need to think about your intensions behind the invitation. If it is just because she's a really good friend, then there should be no need to feel nervous or worried or anything like that. The fact that you are however afraid to ask her indicates some kind of feeling other than frienship. Be carefull... There's nothing wrong with a little crush or a dash of infactuation. You just need to realise the reality behind it all... :D

Well, I think I have a crush on my friend too... we are like best friends, we love to hang out together, and we've talked about our sexuality (we both are bisexuals) a lot... we've even rolled around once (that's another story, we were drunk :-P ), but there's one problem for me to say that I like her in "that way" and that I would like to have her as my girlfriend and so.
