I suppose we should imagine each of these with a big picture of Ellen at the top? :) Because, while I like the first one, the second one would have that great place in the top banner section for an Ellen photo collage.

It surprises me that most of you choose the simplest theme (14958)... I thought most of you will choose "11525". But okay, this makes it more easier for me :).

PS: My favorite is "14846" :cool:.

Well, 14958 (the blue template) is the eye-candy one since that blue is quite similar to that of the official ellen site. But in the long run usability wise it's just quite narrow, it gets hard to read. I do hope that is something that can be modified. :)

Oh, it's not about the size of the font, that is quite alright. :)
The middle column as it shows on the template is roughly 440 pixels in width, which is indeed rather narrow. But I guess that can be adjusted, yes?

It's just that in a 20'' or 24'' monitor, as it is, it can get a bit hard to read.

Of cource I'll modify the new theme for 100% width. So owners of a 24" or bigger monitor (myself for example ;)) can use there full screen width :).

I'll also use a bigger font and other things to make it more readable :D. Important for me is to know what kind of style you like. "Fine-Tunning" is no problem :cool:.

1.) Of course we can use 14846 and the colors of 14958.

2.) If we use/choose 14958 I'll make the top navigation-buttons smaller and I add a Ellen Image/Collage on top (above the navigation-buttons). This is no problem ;). Also I change the navigation-buttons destinations.

This is a tough one... especially for an indecisive like mwah! I like the colour scheme of 14958, I like the picture idea in 14846 and I like the layout of 11525. Do you think we could have 11525, with 14958 colour scheme and a lovely picture of Ellen... pretty please with a cherry... make that a flake bar... on top :-D

Today has probably been and gone where you are Vizitor, but that's my 10 cents worth. Hey, I can't help it if our lowest denomination coin is a 10 cent :P

I don't care what the new site looks like as long as it's as easy to use and as accessible as this one is now! I don't want to get to the new site and not know how to use it or anything like that! But I do want a picture of Ellen at the top! I like how on this one, Ellen is kinda at the top looking down at us! Cool effect!!! And that is one of my favorite pics of her too so that definitely helps :) !

I think the most important thing is that the new site is easy to use and read. Side banners are fine as long as we don't have to scroll left and right to view the full page or it shows some distracting advertisements.
