Stuck in outbox

Hi to everyone, hoping someone can assist me with problem...

I received a PM and sent a reply but the message is stuck in my Outbox...wondering how to fix this. :? I would not like for the person who sent me a PM to think I was ignoring the message :cry: . I don't login much so today is when I finally noticed the message never went.

I tried to PM a moderator as well to ask this question but the same thing...my box space is empty just in case that is one of the suggestions.
I apologize if I am in the wrong place but I only have a limited amount of time and could not find anywhere else to place my question :)
Please assist :cool:

I think a message stays in your outbox until the receiver reads it. Anyone, correct me if I'm wrong but thats what I read once, somewhere :)
