Hotels in California... Help, please?

Hello. I'm going to be arriving in LA on the 21st.

Can anyone help me out w/ booking a hotel?

I looked up the Safari that was mentioned on here, and it is close to $200 that night.

Does anyone have any suggestions??
I'd like to book by tomorrow, as this is stressing me out. So far we have no place to stay.


ANY help would be Greatly appreciated..

I've been looking, and looking, and looking some more on there. Also, hotels.com, orbitz... etc. I'm not familiar with the safer areas and convienent locations.....

any insider tips??
