ok there is the women I like but she is way older then me. I have liked her for A couple of months now, So I told her I have A crush on her She told me she is very flattered. and she is always making comments like lastnight I said somthing but it did not sound right and like she goes (nikanader) I am trying to be good because if not i will have you in bed already, She said that if we were to get together she could not handle me cutting. I can not stop thinking of her and when I see her at work I just get butterflys. I don't know what to do?

Going on what you've written, I don't think she does want a relationship. I think she knows you do, and doesn't what to hurt you by fooling round when it won't lead to a relationship. To quote you "She said that if we were to get together she could not handle me cutting". Either she is telling the truth or using this as an excuse to not have a relationship with you. Either way I don't think she feels the same way you do about her. This is only my personal opinion. Id try to move on, its painfull, but what dont kill ya only makes ya stronger. Life wasn't meant to be a walk in the park. :)

greatness, your statement only cut yourself when frustrated you should really work on finding better ways to handle your frustration a relationship is full of highs and lows so until you heal yourself and develop better coping mechanisms for when you are frustrated you should not be in a relationship. your cutting will not stop being in a relationship i really don't mean to be a preacher here but you should really seek some help to work on not cutting yourself before finding anyone to share your life with. people cut as a sign of controling their pain when they are hurt so when you are frustrated you cut because you have control of that. you really need to find better ways to cope with your feelings.

irock4u thanks I will take your advise. Everytime I go to work and she see's that I have new cuts on my arm she gets all sad and she wont talk to me for like 3 hours, And then I feel really bad. Only a couple of people know that I do that. I have not cut in like 2 weeks.

I have not talk to her yet But when I see her tonight( tuesday night) thats when I am going to talk to her. As far as age difference goes 30 years apart. I have not gotten help for cutting Everytime she see's that I have new cuts she just holds me and wispers in my ear and says please stop doing what your doing I love you to much.

My ex GF, used to cut. She got help and worked thru stuff. That was years ago, now she has completely stopped cutting. We split because she was only 5 years younger than me. It was great in the begining, but we both realised we wanted different things ie she wanted to go out clubbing/dancing and Id reather stay home watch dvds. My situation is different, in the fact that we both wanted a relationship in the first place. Then as it progressed we dedcided it was not right for us.

Believe me it hurt like hell when we split, but It was for the better. We both moved on. You will find someone else, it takes time. I still think she is stuffing you around and feels sorry for you that you cut. Also I believe she realises the age gap is way to great.

Yes I will try to get help but it is really hard to stop, I have done it before and I stoped for A year, But then I met the lady I like and then I got these feelings for her thats when I picked it back up in (july) of this year . Good on you for stopping. This means you are strong, and you can stop again. To me, this women isnt worth cutting for, but I understand you can't help how you feel, you can only try telling yourself everyday you don't need this pain in your life and you will find someone else and the feelings you have now will go away.

So on christmas eve me and the girl who is 18 were texing and she tells me she wants to be my girlfriend but she said I don't know if you want to be mine. So I said Frenchy do you want to be my girlfriend she said yes. And she goes are you ok with me being bi I said yes, But now she keeps hanging around with my manager's brother who is like 18 or 19, So now I am frustrated because she is with him all the time and he live's in cali he came down to las vegas for christmas and new years, So he is going back on jan 2. So I really don't know what to do Because I still like and have feelings for barbara.
