On Tuesday January 22rd, John Gibson opened his radio show mocking the death of Heath Ledger. Playing the clips from Brokeback mountain, " I wish I knew how to quit you" and "We're dead," Gibson quipped. " We'll he found out how to quit you," and later when on to say "where dead." Through the whole clip he mocked the whole situation, playing clips of Brokeback mountain during other un-related events. He called him a "weirdo, with a serious drug problem."
Heath Ledger was an amazing young actor and his life was taken to short. He left behind his beautiful two year old daughter, Matilda, many family friends and of course his fans. For anybody to go on a radio show which is heard by thousands of people mocking the death of this amazing man is completly rude. While we mourn the death of Heath Ledger this guy John Gibson makes fun of his death. We need to stop this from happening. Us as fans, and his family should be able to mourn and not have to listen to this crap on the radio. On Wednesdays show he wouldn't even apologize, he actually defended his comments. but John Gibson should be taken off the air completly if he doesn't apologize. You can do your part by not tuning into his radio show. If you support this petition please sign it and tell your friends about. With enough signatures this will be sent directly to FoxNews.
Sincerely, Kelly
