Applying Music to Blogs

Hello... I need some help. I want to put some music on my blog. Does anyone have any luck with this and can advise me where to go to have my music hosted? I went to Ineem, and it wouldn't take my music. Then I realized it was an .AIFF file instead of an .MP3 and that might of been the problem. So I tried to convert them to MP3's but I can't find the converted files. So where would you go to host music on your blogs? Any help would be appreciated!:)

Should others download the music? Or should the people who visite your site hear the music? Like in a flashplayer?

I think a problem is the licensing of the music...
