Ellen: "The big deal is that Mama was with us and you gave her ideas for her next 'Mama Gone Wild' video!!"

The filename seems to indicate it is related to Modern Dog.
It wasn't in the published magazine though.

I got the picture of Ellen with Wolf from Andrew Eccles website...he was the photographer for the photoshoot for Modern Dog, but this picture looks more like an advertisement for Halo.
