Ellen: "Hmm, I think this shot needs to be a little longer. Actually, I'm just acting like the director while he's out to lunch. But since I'm sitting here directing right now, could you please stand over there and eat your tuna sandwich? The smell is not what I would call...ummm, good?"

Portia: "Shouldn't we pick this up instead of rolling it so we don't scratch the floor?"
Ellen: "No. Ever since Wolf made me hurt my back...(I still love you Wolf)...I have a rule that I don't pick up anything that weighs more than him!"
Portia: "OMG, so does that mean I hurt your back last week when I jumped on you from excitement that the Vegemite was on sale at Costco?"
Ellen: "No, you didn't hurt my back honey. But your knee did leave a hole in my stomach when you landed on me while I was lying on the couch. But it's okay, I'm better now."
Portia: "OMG, are you sure you're okay Ellen?"
Ellen: "Yeah honey, the vodka was on sale too, remember?"

Ellen: "I know, it's great isn't it! AND...Look up in the sky too!!"
Portia: "There's a sky writer up there! He wrote, 'Portia, I lone you!' What are you loaning me Ellen?"
Ellen: "It was supposed to say love, not lone...or loan!! Well, I didn't know how credible he was when I hired him this morning. He was running his service outside a tackle and bait shop. Oh well, it's the thought that counts!!"
Portia: "Well, I love the thought! And I love you!!"
Ellen: "I love you too. But I will LOAN you my t-shirt if you get cold!"

Ellen: "Yeah, I think we did. But they'll be okay."
Portia: "But what if they get in the pool?"
Ellen: "They'll get in their salmon floatie boat and just cruise around for a few hours!!"
Portia: "And here we thought WE were going to be the ones using the salmon floatie boat!!"
Ellen: "Yeah. But that's okay, they can have it!! We have the killer whale and the hammerhead shark!"

Portia: "No, I don't want to go shopping because we don't need anything. I have all I need standing right here in front of me!"
Ellen: "A dude in a blue shirt?"
Portia: "I said in front of me, not beside me, Ellen. Guess again!!"
Ellen: "Oh me! Really, I'm all you need? Aww, that's sweet!! And convenient too, because I just realized I left my AMEX card at home and we just spent the last of our cash in the store!"
