Ellen: "You poor balcony people!! You paid $80 for those seats, didn't you...and this is the view you got! Well, if it makes you feel any better, I'm paying $180 a night for my hotel room, and it doesn't even come with a mini bar!"

Ellen: "Portia, honey, I know you love the new car smell, but we really have to get to Saks before the sale on cashmere bras ends!! C'mon, it's one day only...get out of the car!!"

Ellen: "Spa-ghe-tti?"
Portia: "Lin-guin-i?"
Ellen: "I can't read any of this. It's in Italian!"
Portia: "Me neither, what are we gonna do?"
Ellen: "Oh Vino, I know what that means!!"
Portia: "El, we can't JUST have wine for dinner!"
Ellen: "Why not? The room service at the hotel is cheaper...we'll just drink here, eat there, and save what money we would have spent here buying some Chef Boyardee tomorrow at the market!"
Portia: "You're so brilliant!!"

Portia: "There is our car, Ellen."
Ellen: "No, that's our car down there."
Portia: "No it isn't, this is our car right here!!"
Ellen: "Portia, I remember where I parked the car, and that's it down the road!!"
Portia: "Honey, first of all, I drove...and second of all, neither of us parked the car, the valet did!"
Ellen: "Well, he shouldn't have parked it here then, because now he confused you!!"
Portia: "Confused me??? Honey, how much sleep did you get last night?"
Ellen: "Well, I woke up around 2:30am and couldn't sleep so I turned on the tv and watched infommercials for a while."
Portia: "How long is 'a while'?"
Ellen: "Until about 9:00am. Oh, by the way, you'll be getting some really cute pot holders with horses on them...and a vegetable slicer/dicer!! Not that you'll have any use for either one of them, but I just had to get them, you know...you get sucked in!!"
Portia: "Yeah Ellen. I think I'm gonna get sucked in too...to hiding the remote at night!"
