I've had a look on bearshare & this file is about 40MB. This will take many hours on a dial up connection or a little under an hour on a broadband connection.

Its not something that can be emailed to you, its too large.

on sending... receiving isn't... your inbox can hold 250mb!

so as long as jeanine has the ability to send that vol of MB, it'll be fine!

yeah - that's what i was saying - it depends on the site... if you have the site allowance then you can host what you want.
