I really don't know all that much about Anne and I wasn't following the whole Ellen-Anne thing at the time it was actually happening but one thing I do know is that it's only normal to badmouth your ex. Everyone does it, in thinking or to a close friend but not usually on national television. I more than agree that it wasn't exactly the smartest thing to do but I won't really judge her on that, mainly because I don't care.

What I do know is that it got her a lot of attention again. Anne isn't a bad actress per se but you have to admit she is most known for either dating Ellen or for being a little controversial/cuckoo to say the least. Now before I get blasted for suggesting Anne was with Ellen for publicity, I'm not saying that. I like to believe Anne was at one point in love with Ellen or she wouldn't have risked her career by being with her. But Anne isn't stupid, she knows that relationship got her on the radar(more so than Psycho or any other movie). In every article about her new movie with Ashton Kutcher or her new series, I've read the words "Ellen DeGeneres' ex".

To me Anne ranks at the same level as all those other Hollywood starlets that are known for being either pretty, controversial or just plain stupid . So when Anne badmouths her ex-husband I don't think less of her because it's all publicity and she knows that. As an Ellen fan I like to think more of Ellen because she has never said one bad thing about Anne in all those years even though she's had plenty of opportunity.

It seems I am in the minority, so I will wait till the next wave of Anne bashing to try and stop/diminish that wave. Maybe the times will have changed by then.

I regret but for me, to criticize our 'ex girlfriends or boyfriends' has no sense. When I want to say something to somebody, I say opposite her (him)! You cannot one day love a man or a woman with her (his) qualities and defects and denigrate her (him) after, but I already expressed myself on this subject in: 'Do we still not like anne?' As regards Anne, I look at the films in which she plays, she is also present in my collection of photos (5 or 6000 pics of Ellen ) because I like the look of Ellen in this period ( inclusive hairstyle). It is not a judgment on Anne in particular, it is only a certain attitude which I do not like... And as for me, the subject is closed!!!

I agree that you can't love someone with certain qualities and then dislike them after the relationship is over for having these qualities but love does tend to make someone a little blind. We sometimes ignore lesser aspects of someone's personality because we love them. I think Anne was just as hurt as Ellen was after the relationship ended (no matter who ended it or what happened exactly). Anne just chose to lash out whereas Ellen didn't although Ellen could have easily stated Anne was a little out there at times

As I said before that just makes me love Ellen even more as she is clearly a better/more level person than Anne is/was. I don't necessarily like Anne's atittude either but I will say that I tolerate her because Ellen's relationship with her helped make Ellen the woman she is today and you can't disagree that Anne was there for Ellen when her sitcom was cancelled etc. And for that reason alone I could never hate Anne. Well, that and her interviews are always hilariously awkward

Okay, I know Anne-bashing is not really good-it's kinda wrong, but I really just have to share this to someone.

I've read some stories about Anne Hache and my first reaction was to laugh. And now I'm saying sorry for being rude but the Celestia thing was really funny. Maybe because I don't believe in aliens or maybe because I haven't read anything which says doctors believe she does have multiple personalities that I find it easy to laugh at the Celestia thing! (Can't get over that!!! I'm still laughing now.... LOL)

But for what its worth I think she is a great actress. She's pretty. And she can shred someone (figuratively! ofc) like they're tracing paper without remorse, which I consider a really hard skill to master! (I really think of that as a talent. Not many can do that!!!!)

So that's that..... I wish her a wonderful life!
