"Fox Television Stations is expected to announce as early as today, but more likely next week, that it’s picking up Bethenny for the fall 2013 TV season, just four weeks into its summer test on six Fox stations, including WNYW New York and KTTV Los Angeles, according to people familiar with the negotiations.
A Fox pickup would launch the talk show featuring former reality star Bethenny Frankel into broad syndication by Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution.

Fox had no comment.

“If it were me, I would definitely pick it up,” says an executive at a competing TV station group.
Produced by Telepictures, Bethenny is up 38% from its time slot averages last year, to a 1.1 household rating the week ending June 24, according to Nielsen. It is up 100% among women 25-54.
The show is executive produced by Ellen DeGeneres and other executive producers of her Warner Bros. show, Ellen.
Bethenny’s test episodes are taping at Ellen’s Burbank studio, but it’s widely expected that it will relocate to New York City for its 2013 debut."

I wonder how Ellen and her producers can work on Bethenny show while they are all in LA and Bethenny show is expected to film in NYC????

Most likely would be Taped here in LA on a different set than TEDS (perhaps close by)...
Didn't Bethenny JUST MOVED out to LA?

Does not make sense for her to move back to NY again. Plus there is no way the production form TEDS can go back and forth between LA and NY to tape the two shows. Production cost would not allow that.

Maybe Andy or Mary would move to NY.

An alternative would be that somebody else will work as the producer of the show in NY.

Was there ANY indication at all that her show will be taped in NY?
(not that I care that much, cos I only watched it about twice---just curious.)
Plus rooting for JOBs creation in CA rather than NY...

I found an interview where she mentions moving to L.A. for the summer, so that could mean she didn't know if the show would be picked up, or they just did the pilot episodes there because they could likely get the studio at low cost.
