Default Looking for a certain quote by Ellen

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a certain quote by Ellen and I hope that you can help me out. I think that Ellen once said in an interview that if her coming out saved only one LGBT person from committing suicide, it was worth it. Does anyone remember the interview? I would like to quote her in an article that I'm writing for an LGBT magazine, but I don't want to do that without knowing the source.

Greetings from Germany!

I didn't use the quote in my text after all, but still, thanks for your replies.
