i dont know if this has been posted but i was wondering what do you think ellen is getting hypnotized for? i had seen just the commerical for mondays show and had seen ellen crying, which well made me cry, and that was just the commerical! so i was just wondering, what problem do you think ellen is trying to overcome that has been haunting her for such a long time?

I think she might be kidding about it and faking the crying...

she wouldnt kid about somethin like that.. i can tell shes actually crying and not faking... it made me cry too

i really wanna know whats wrong with her...

and i thought she looked so cute at the end of the commercial where she put her head down and then the guy asked if she was alright now and she put her head up shyly and gave a little nod yes. it was so cute! but at the same time sad.

I hope their nothing going on with that bad.WEll we will have to watch and see wel thier the new york thing that happend and thier her hometown and her mom and brother and aunt ,portia, a dog, a cat,her dad.

My guess is she's getting hypnotized to help her quit smoking...that's something she has struggled with for many years.

idk, i think she already quit though? i remember ellen saying something like "i feel stupid" . :-( sadness much..

hey maybe its about kat? but then that wouldnt explain feeling stupid, or maybe it would because maybe she feels stupid for not giving kat a drive home? but then again this is on her talkshow where she doesnt really want to shout out these things. or maybe yes? or maybe no? but if ellens talking about kat wouldnt that upset portia a tad bit? so maybe its not about kat after all... plus why would she need to hypnotized for that.. ah, just confusing myself here..

My understanding about her smoking habit is that is something she is kind of ashamed of (have you ever seen pictures of her doing it in public?). I have read a few articles saying she was in the beginning stages of quitting, one as recent as last Nov., and I remember she had said something about quitting smoking on her talk show, I believe it was her first season. So, the way I see it it has been a real struggle for her...maybe enough of one to make her emotional. I dunno...just a guess.

First thing I thought was smoking too...maybe she is still struggling to quit. My second guess is that might have something to do with her life list...learn to be more patient. Any more ideas?

no, i doubt it anything about her smoking.. she wouldnt get THAT upset over it!

OMFG!! WHAT IF ITS BREAST CANCER?!?!?! becuase her mom had it and they said "life long" so maybe shes been struggling with being scared that shes goin to get it... i dunno.
