JENNY MCCARTHY
Last year’s “Britain’s Got Talent” winner, 6-year-old Connie Talbot, kick-starts my week with her signature song “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” from her debut album. You won’t want to miss it. She even wowed Simon Cowell! Then I’ve got some really fun stuff in store for JENNY MCCARTHY! She is always game for anything I ask her to do. Plus, since I have a gorgeous girl on the show, it's only fair that SHEMAR MOORE from "Criminal Minds" stops by to even the playing field. Then, Scottish singer AMY MACDONALD, who is earning rave reviews, will perform "This Is the Life" from her debut album of the same name!

VICE PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN
On Tuesday I get to interview our Vice President, JOE BIDEN! I'll ask pointed questions about the direction of our country, the economy, and a serious issue that's very close to my heart. It's a must-see interview! Last time COLIN FARRELL was here, he kissed me. (And I'm not talking a peck on the cheek.) I think he might still have a little crush. I'm a married woman now. But he does look better than ever, and the women in the audience may just melt when he heads into the crowd with a special surprise for one lucky audience member! Plus, it's samba time! TONI BRAXTON and ALEC MAZO give an amazing dance demo. And, Toni will discuss the incredible odds she faced to make it onto “Dancing with the Stars” after battling an illness.

I start the show with some incredible Hidden Audience Talents -- and I still can’t get over them! Plus, it was one of the most unpredictable “American Idol” finales ever -- and I welcome the winner, KRIS ALLEN! We’ll chat and he’ll sing for y’all, live! Also, what happens when you follow my tweets and are the first to show up at Tulane half-naked? Ask Michelle Holmes, who I named my “American Idol” Red Carpet Correspondent. Today I’ll show you the exclusive footage that you can’t see anywhere else! Then, singer and actress double-threat MANDY MOORE will perform her new single, “I Could Break Your Heart Any Day of the Week”!

MARCIA CROSS
Thursday, MARCIA CROSS is gonna stop by, and I hope she brings pictures of her kids! I hope they’re dressed up as a monkey and a kitty cat! She’ll explain all about “Desperate Housewives,” which is now taking place five years in the future. KYM DOUGLAS is a television host, author, and beauty expert. She’s gonna give tips on being a “recessionista” -- which she defines as a person who looks good without spending a lot of money. Then, he was born a living Legend (literally). JOHN LEGEND'S gonna perform his hit “Green Light” from his CD “Evolver.” He’s a busy guy. John also has a role in the movie “Soul Men.”

HEIDI KLUM
HEIDI KLUM has a new makeup collection. The two of us are gonna compete to see who can do a better job of putting her makeup on members of my audience… in just 45 seconds! (Did I mention that we’ll be blindfolded?) And I’m going to play back Heidi’s sexy commercial that parodies “Risky Business.” (If my censors will allow it!) Next, SEANN WILLIAM SCOTT tells me he’s single, and I think I’ll try to set him up! He also tells me about an incident he had when he worked at the L.A. Zoo. It involved a gorilla, a pinecone and an epiphany. (That’s all I can say right now.) Plus, they might not have taken home the title for “Dancing with the Stars,” but SUSAN LUCCI & TONY DOVOLANI are here to show me their amazing dancing skills! (And I still can’t imagine Susan Lucci not winning something -- of all people!)

CHRIS ROCK’S stand-up is one of the funniest you'll see. We've both voiced classic cartoon characters. He was a zebra. I was a fish. Now the zebra's got a sequel. (Are you listening, Disney?) He’s hilarious on the show today! Plus, ELIZABETH BANKS is such a delight and she's one very busy lady! Elizabeth keeps appearing in film after film after film! Last year, she starred as Laura Bush in “W.” and then made a porno in “Zack and Miri!” (Talk about your acting range!)

JENNIFER ANISTON
JENNIFER ANISTON is one of the biggest stars in the world, and she's also a very good friend. (She was my first guest on my very first show!) Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox stopped by the old "Friends" set when they visited me this season. This could be Jen's turn! And she’ll tell me about turning the big 4-0! Plus, multiple Grammy-winner STEVIE WONDER is gonna perform two of his greatest hits… live! You’ll have to tune in to find out which ones he chooses!

SIMON BAKER
I start the show by making a phone call to The White House -- and I get through! Then, you’ll also see an audience member ride an object that’s 14 feet high, and I’ll show you some amazing videos I found on the web that I know you’re gonna love! (Ever seen a fox jump on a trampoline?!) I’ll be joined by SIMON BAKER -- and you’ve got to see his new glasses! He also tells me that he wants to be a U.S. citizen, so we play an American-themed version of my favorite guessing game, “Celebrity”! Plus, MIRANDA COSGROVE is one of the biggest stars on Nickelodeon and I’ve got a huge surprise gift for her! (And I mean physically HUGE!)

BROOKE BURKE AND DEREK HOUGH
BROOKE BURKE & DEREK HOUGH are going to Maaaaaambo! Their dance moves are magnificent! (Arguably, they’re even better than mine.) Plus, you will not believe what KATE WALSH wears on my stage! Kate also tells me about a trip to Vegas that involves a bachelorette party, memory loss and something Kate calls “tired hookers." (Her words, not mine.) Plus, EMILY BEAR is a brilliant pianist. In the past year, she performed at The White House -- and she’s only 7 years old! (She not only met the President, but also… The Jonas Brothers!) Emily has written a song just for me, and it will blow you away! Then, we dunk a famous hunk and play an extra-spicy version of Naughty Musical Chairs!

JOHN MAYER
I have always wondered what it would be like to sing a duet with an incredible partner in front of millions of people… and who knew that JOSH GROBAN would make my dream come true?! Plus, I sing “Just Dance” in the bathroom with JOHN MAYER! John also tells me a terrific story about why he literally has only the bottom half of his Song of the Year Grammy… and Alicia Keys has the top! We then play a special version of my favorite guessing game, "Celebrity"! And stay tuned, ‘cause LADY ANTEBELLUM will perform “I Run to You”! And I’ve got a very big surprise to present to the whole band! (Here’s a hint: It’s definitely worth its weight in gold!)

Afterward, she looks like she’s ready for another round! (But please, promise me you won’t try drinking it at home!) And before she leaves, the two of us make up our own dance! It’s always a good time of the year to celebrate my birthday, and today is no exception! (Here's a hint: It's 250 feet long!) And I also make Amy blush by showing a picture of her when she was a cheerleader! Plus, this year TARAJI P. HENSON became one of Hollywood's elite. Why? She got an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress! I couldn't be happier to have her with me. Today, you'll see my exclusive interview with LINDSAY LOHAN! She had a very public breakup with Samantha Ronson and appeared on the cover of US Magazine with the headline, "I Am So Alone." I want to make sure that Lindsay's okay and let her know that she's got a lot of support. Plus, when ALEC GREVEN first appeared on my show, he was just a kid with an idea for a book called "How to Talk to Girls." Now he's a New York Times best-selling author. And you know what that means... he owes me my cut! (Alec is still just 10!) Then, you'll see an incredible performance by PRINCE, who rarely appears on talk shows! Today, you'll see how I did it! Plus, KIEFER SUTHERLAND tells me that the first baseball mitt he owned was a Johnny Bench model! (Note to self: Ballplayers are the best way to get a man's attention.) And you won't believe what common household item Kiefer tells me he has so few of! Then, T.I. just can't seem to release a single that isn't an instant smash! He'll sing his #1 hit, "Whatever You Like" from his latest CD, "Paper Trail"!
