| Ellen DeGeneres to Host Daily Talk Show | Ellen DeGeneres has signed to headline a daily hourlong syndicated talk-variety show from "Rosie O'Donnell Show" producer Telepictures. The series is likely to be rolled out during fall 2003 and produced in Los Angeles. It will highlight DeGeneres' standup comedy background and "everywoman" approach to life's situations. Telepictures president Jim Paratore, who also serves as executive vice president of Warner Bros. Domestic TV Distribution, told Daily Variety that Warner has long been interested in a DeGeneres-hosted talk show.
